The 320×256 MWIR focal plane detector module (hereinafter referred to as the “detector
module”) developed and produced by Kunming Institute of Physics has the function of converting
infrared radiation signals in 3~5μm wave band into electrical signals. All mechanical, optical and
electrical interfaces are of universality, and can be used in various military and civil thermal imagery
systems such as fire control observation, air defense and missile defense, precision control of missile,
reconnaissance and monitoring, infrared diagnosis and detection and temperature measurement, etc.
This Specification covers the composition, performance, characteristics, and detailed operation
and maintenance instructions of the detector module.
